Mrs. Heather Appel, School Nurse

Mrs. Rosella Elias, Health Room Assistant
South Eastern School District values the health of students and staff. Mrs. Appel is on campus daily, during normal school hours (8:00 a.m.- 3:45 p.m.), serving the health and wellness needs
of our students and staff.
School Nurse:
Mrs. Heather Appel, RN, resides in Delta with her husband and son. She worked at York Hospital as a bedside nurse on a medical step-down unit, which is just a step under the intensive care unit. She took care of adults with a variety of different health conditions but, most often her patients had pretty complex heart and/or lung issues. Mrs. Appel also has many years of experience working in retail and hospital pharmacies and even worked in a skilled nursing/assisted living facility doing therapeutic recreation for a few years.
Health Room Assistant:
Mrs. Rosella Elias resides in Stewartstown. She has been a valued health room assistant for South Eastern School District for two years.
